Over the coming weeks and months we will be adding a series of resources to this site. This will include interviews and testimony from Brigaders, most of which have never been accessible by the public before. We have a growing archive of documentation that we will be digitising and adding to the site in PDF format. All of this material wil be freely available for use by the public and researchers for non-commercial means.
We also hope to conduct interviews with the family, friends and associates of the Brigaders, and will be releasing edited audio files of these via this site.
We hope this website will form an important repository of historical material of the lives and struggle of the Merseyside Volunteers. Please bare with us while this resource develops. If you think you can contribute to the resource base, please let us know
